Madam Speaker, permit me to address the subject of BVI Airways. This subject has been one of the most difficult chapters in my years of public service: the failed effort to create a commercial airline to serve the BVI.

Groundbreaking Ceremony For Greenland Stadium

The Government of the Virgin Islands has agreed to partner with the BVI Football Association under the FIFA umbrella in the development of a regulation sized football field and other associated facilities. To this end, an official groundbreaking ceremony will be held for the construction of the Greenland Stadium. 

This event will take place at the Greenland Stadium at 10:00 a.m.
