Process

Step 1:  Customer submits a completed application form.

Step 2:  Fee is paid and a receipt is issued.

$100 processing non-refundable. $25 additional for specialist qualifications.

Supporting Documents

  • Valid Identification
  • Certified or notarized copies of Medial Degree/Post Graduate qualifications
  • Evidence of completing internship of at least one year duration
  • Original letter of good standing from the current registration body which should be sent directly to the Council
  • A certified copy of current license or registration with current registration body
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Police Record
  • One Passport size picture
  • A letter of application
