Before you start the Application for the Grant of Status in the Virgin Islands, please read the following information about the application fee:

An application fee is required for each individual application.
You must pay the application fee first and receive an official payment receipt before you begin this online application.
Each person applying must have their own separate payment and their own receipt.
When you fill out this form, you will be asked to:
- Enter the receipt number from your official payment receipt.
- Upload a copy of that same receipt.
The receipt number you enter must match the number printed on the receipt you upload.

Important:
If the receipt number is missing, incorrect, does not match the uploaded receipt, or is otherwise invalid, your application will be cancelled.
