As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. However, to better serve our clients safely, the Administration Unit at the Water and Sewerage Department, Tortola branch, will be temporarily closed from Thursday, January 20 to Monday, January 24, to ensure the health and safety of its officers and the clients it serves.
Persons requiring bills are asked to request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payments can be made by debit or credit card by way of the approved payment slip that would be emailed to customers interested in making payment by this means. Customers are advised to wait two (2) business days to receive bills. Cashiers only will be opened on Friday, January 21, for customers wishing to make payments. Customers must have a printed bill (the one sent by email) present to make payment.
