Access to CAC after Hours and Weekends

The Facilities Manager has the authority to allow government employees into the building after normal working hours and on weekends to conduct work-related project(s). This service is restricted to employees who work at the Central Administration Complex. Requests must be made at least two (2) days in advance for proper processing.


Step 1: Customer completes the application form by ensuring all information is filled out and signatures are affixed.

Step 2: Customer then submits the application form to the department.

Step 3: Upon approval, the customer will be contacted.

Step 4: All approved requests will be given to Security.

Forms must reach this office in advance by 3pm daily.

Please ensure that all forms are fully completed to avoid delay in processing. Note that where a form is incomplete, an application was denied, or supplies are not available, the Facilities Office will contact you in due time.
