The Department of Facilities Management manages a fleet of Vehicles where ministries and departments can request to use on short-term basis to perform government-related duties. Each User must complete a Government Vehicle Policy and submit to the Director of Facilities Management for approval. Requests must be made at least one (1) week in advance for proper processing.
Process
Step 1: Review and complete a “Government Vehicle Policy” form
Step 2: Submit Policy to dfm@gov.vg for the Director’s approval.
Step 3: Await response from the Facilities’ Administration Office

All drivers MUST review and complete a “Government Vehicle Policy” and await approval from the Facilities’ Administration Office before requesting the use of a fleet vehicle. See “Government Vehicle Request Form”.
