Request for Services

The Facilities Management Unit offers 24-hour security, daily maintenance and custodial services to the Central Administration Complex only. Our services are structured through routine schedules; however, emergency situations are given priority. The Facilities team are guided by all health and safety guidelines of the Virgin Islands. Requests for maintenance and cleaning outside of the regular schedules can be made by completing the [Request for Service] form and submitting to the Facilities Management Unit. We do accept phone requests in the event of an emergency but it is required that a form must be completed for each job.


Step 1: Ministry or Department completes the application form.

Step 2: Ministry or Department then submits application form to the Facilities Management Unit via E-mail or In Person.

Requests are handled by priority and/or regular scheduled maintenance and Emergency situations are handled immediately.

Please ensure that all forms are fully completed to avoid delay in processing. Note that where a form is incomplete, an application was denied, or supplies are not available, the Facilities Office will contact you in due time.
