These services allow a new applicant to be registered as a voter and an already registered voter to make changes to his/her voting district/polling station.


Step 1:  Customer submits an application with all the relevant documents/information.

Step 2:  The application is reviewed to ensure completeness and appropriate signatures. If the application is not in order the applicant or representative is informed accordingly. The application can be corrected immediately if applicant is present or must be returned at a later time/date with the correction(s).

Step 3:  Application is received from the customer.

Step 4:  Decision is made on the application.

Step 5:  Once approved, voter's information is updated accordingly.

Step 6:  Applicant receives letter indicating the decision on their application.

  • Form No. 8 is for Transfer of Registration
