Statement By The Government Of The Virgin Islands In Response To The European Commission’s List Of Non-Cooperative Tax Jurisdictions

The Government of the British Virgin Islands (BVI) is disappointed with the European Commission’s decision to publish a communiqué and an accompanying annex that seems to suggest that the BVI is a non-cooperative tax jurisdiction.
