Today, October 29 marks the 7th anniversary since the Autism Centre was commissioned and officially began providing services and treatment to children and adults with autistic needs and other learning disabilities in our Territory.
Clients of the Autism Centre were visited by members of the Rotaract Club of Tortola as part of activities to observe World Autism Awareness Day on April 2.
Teachers, social workers and Mental Health Professionals have received training in order to provide support to children who are affected by the Autism Spectrum disorder.
The BVI Services will have an Open House at the Road Town Senior Building on Friday, April 21, as part of this month’s Child Abuse Prevention and Autism Awareness Month activities.

Children participating in the Autism Centre’s Easter Camp will benefit from a presentation of craft supplies by Government’s Human Resources (HR) Professionals.
