Mr. Wade N. Smith has been appointed as Commissioner of Customs in the Virgin Islands.  

The public is notified that Her Majesty’s Customs Headquarters will be relocated to its new office location on the 3rd Floor of the Richard Stoutt Building, Road Town, on Monday, August 10.

The public is advised of Her Majesty’s Customs operating hours at both Port Purcell, Tortola and St. Thomas Bay, Virgin Gorda.

The CAPS Unit of Her Majesty’s Customs is advising its clients that the unit will commence operations from Monday, April 20.

The Government of the Virgin Islands has signed a five year contract with Canadian Bank Note Company to monitor the Territory’s borders for the next five years and share real time information between agencies.

The motor vessel ‘Predator’ which was damaged during the passage of hurricane Irma in 2017 has been fully repaired and is now back with the fleet at Her Majesty’s Customs.

The public is notified that Her Majesty’s Customs Headquarters is now located upstairs the Road Town Ferry Terminal.

The public is notified that Her Majesty’s Customs headquarters will be relocated from the Louis Malone Building in Road Town to upstairs of the Road Town Ferry Terminal on Wednesday, January 23

Unclaimed goods left for more than two months at the ports will be sold at a public auction on Saturday, October 27 in accordance with the Customs Management and Duties Act No.6 of 2010 Section 52 (8).
