Minister for Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, Honourable Sharie de Castro says her ministry is working around the clock to strengthen its systems and programs and will be reviewing the Education Act to address violence in schools.

Seven schools across the Territory are expected to compete in the Ministry of Education’s annual Inter-Secondary School Debates beginning 5^th February.

The Government of the Virgin Islands will introduce educational legislation to provide for the sound and sustainable management of education, youth affairs and sports in the Territory.
