Madam Speaker, since 17th September of last year, the residents of Jost Van Dyke have endured inconveniences and uncertainties due to receiving power from a standby generator.
It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that I extend my deepest condolences, on behalf of Members and Staff of the House of Assembly, on the recent passing of Former Legislator Carvin Malone.

Premier of the Virgin Islands, Honourable Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley, delivered the 2024 Budget Address in the Virgin Islands House of Assembly earlier today, with a fiscal package totaling $382.67 million.
