While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 in the British Virgin Islands, after carefully reviewing the clearance procedures at our Ports of Entry and in the best interest of our employees, we are proceeding with the temporary closure of select Ports and suspending our Ambassador Service Program at all Ports of entry.

Residents are advised that as of March 10, there will be a restriction policy on visitors and volunteers at all residential facilities under the Social Development Department.
In response to the coronavirus disease COVID-19, the Environmental Health Division is providing the Virgin Islands public on an approved list of disinfectants to be used to clean surfaces.
The Ministry of Health is raising the travel advisory alert from level 1 (Practice Usual Precautions) to level II (Practice Enhanced Precautions) for South Korea, Italy, Iran, Japan, Germany, France and Spain.
