Fellow Virgin Islanders and Residents, A pleasant good day to each and every one of you. It is my pleasure as the Minister responsible for Transportation, Works and Utilities, to provide this update on the progress made by your government on the journey towards restoring the Central Administration Complex following the extensive damage caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.

Deputy Governor of the Virgin Islands, Mr. David D. Archer, Jr. is advising the public that the cooling system of the Central Administration Complex (CAC) is malfunctioning and is affecting operations at the Complex.

An Occupation Health and Safety Sub-committee is now activated to address the health, safety and well-being of workers, especially those who are the most vulnerable to occupational diseases and accidents.
