In August 2017, the Government of the Virgin Islands signed an agreement to collaborate with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) on the development of a National Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Policy and Implementation Plan.

The BVI Health Services Authority is raising awareness of the importance of Imagining and its role in the management of disease as it observes Radiology Awareness Week.
The biennial emergency simulation exercise will be conducted at the Auguste George Airport on Anegada and Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island in November and December.

Another pledge programme was successfully launched as donations raised to outfit the Nurse Iris O’Neal Medical Centre on Virgin Gorda have increased to over $500,000.
The United States Sailboat Show kicked off on October 4 in Annapolis, MD where hundreds of people flocked the event each day with anticipation of the day’s event.
Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Mark Vanterpool earlier today (October 18) welcomed the Captain, crew and passengers of the Norwegian Getaway .......
