From 13-17 April, Attorney General of The Virgin Islands, Honourable Dawn J. Smith hosted the 2026 Overseas Territories Attorneys General Conference, bringing together senior law officers from across the Overseas Territories to advance shared commitments to justice, governance and the rule of law.
The Conference reaffirmed that strong legal institutions, grounded in mutual respect and democratic values, are the foundation of resilient communities.
