The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that the first two Acts of 2026 have been published for public review. Act 1 - The Mutual Legal Assistance (Tax Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2026, and Act 2 - The Magistrate's Code of Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2026, were both passed by the House of Assembly on Thursday, 29th January, 2026, and Assented to by the Governor on Thursday, 26th February, 2026. Both were also published in an ordinary issue of the Gazette No. 23 dated 5th March, 2026 and are available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.
