The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that the Instrument appointing the Honourable Marlon A. Penn as the new Leader of the Opposition in the House of Assembly of the Virgin Islands has been published in the Virgin Islands Official Gazette. The aforementioned Instrument and the Instrument revoking the appointment of the Honourable Myron Walwyn as Leader of the Opposition are both available in issue #36 dated 21st April, 2026, and on the Gazette website (https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/).
