The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Interior and Exterior Lighting Upgrades at the Enis Adams Primary School (EAPS) located at Meyer’s, Tortola, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to support the upkeep and necessary maintenance of the school. As a part of this procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday 11th March, 2026 at 10:00am to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the complete tender package, and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “To Complete Interior and Exterior Lighting Upgrades at the Enis Adams Primary School”.
