The Office of the Deputy Governor advises members of the public that former Deputy Governor, Mrs. Dancia Penn-Sallah, OBE, KC, is serving as Acting Governor in the absence of Governor Daniel Pruce and Deputy Governor Mr. David D. Archer, Jr., who are both out of the Territory.

Mrs. Penn-Sallah will act as Governor until Friday, 14th August 2026.

Mrs. Penn-Sallah’s appointment is in accordance with section 37 of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007.
