The Government of the Virgin Islands (GoVI), acting through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports (MEYAS), is inviting tenders for the perimeter fencing and entry gate installation at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS).

The works aim to enhance security and improve the overall infrastructure of the school by installing durable, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing metal fencing along the school’s perimeter, as well as two aluminum entry gates.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Wednesday, 29th October 2025, at 10:00 a.m to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Perimeter Fencing and Entry Gate Installation at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS)”
