The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that six appointments to the Physical Planning Authority have been published in Thursday’s edition of the Virgin Islands Official Gazette, which is available now on the Gazette website (https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/). Richard C. deCastro, Shane Winter, Chad Skelton, Dion Jennings, Dion Crabbe and Diehdra Potter were all appointed to the Authority retroactively from the 15th April, 2026.
