Financial Secretary Mr. Jeremiah Frett encourages stakeholders to familiarise themselves with the portal and its submission requirements ahead of the implementation date to ensure a smooth transition.
Stakeholders are reminded that this change applies only to Consent to Restore Requests; sealed court orders, court applications, and general restoration-related correspondence and enquiries should continue to be submitted via email to restorationsbvi@gov.vg.
The Ministry of Finance thanks stakeholders for their continued cooperation and support during this transition and remains committed to enhancing service delivery to the financial services sector. Persons requiring assistance or additional information may contact restorationsbvi@gov.vg.

What is changing on 31 July 2026?
All requests for Consent to Restore must be submitted through the new Company Restoration Portal. The Ministry of Finance will no longer process email requests for consent to restore after this date.

The portal is exclusively for Consent to Restore Requests. Continue emailing restorationsbvi@gov.vg for:
