Assist the Director in planning, organizing and directing the activities and matters in the area of organisational development, workforce and talent management, employee services, policy and compliance, and health and safety to ensure strategic outputs are executed according to established procedures and guidelines in order to ensure a consistent efficient and effective approach to Human Resources Management across all Ministries and Departments.
