BVI POST is a customer service-oriented organisation and an integral part of the territory’s social fabric, charged with the responsibility of providing postal services to the Virgin Islands.
Our aim is to provide the territory with continued, reliable, affordable and unprecedented mail service, as we strive to implement the critical initiatives required to deliver operational excellence that will meet or exceed our commitments to our customers.
The mandates of the BVI Post require that we maintain both an inward focus on the economic, cultural, and social change and an outward focus on championing the integration of more sustainable and profitable growth through superior customer service, innovation, diversification, quality and commitment to our customers and stakeholders.
