Mr. Raymond B. Grant has been appointed Deputy Superintendent of Prison at His Majesty’s Prison in the Virgin Islands. With 20 years of experience in the Jamaica Defence Force and previous service as Deputy Superintendent at His Majesty’s Prison in Turks and Caicos, Mr. Grant brings extensive leadership and correctional expertise. Ms. Ingrid A. Moses-Scatliffe has been appointed Interim Chief Registrar of Lands in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change while the substantive post holder is on leave. She previously served in this role from 2007 to 2010 and brings extensive experience, including serving as Speaker of the House of Assembly and working in law and banking.
