The Department of Waste Management (DWM) is seeking sealed quotations for the supply of thirty (30) eight-yard, open-top industrial skips constructed from durable industrial-grade steel and coated with anti-corrosive, semi-gloss green paint.

            The skips will be used for storing general waste and should meet the following minimum specifications to be considered:

• Rear End Loading Dumpsters
• Hot Rolled Channel
• Heavy Duty Loading Ears Caps
• Reinforced Stress Points (Gussets)
• Industrial- Grade Steel Construction
• Anticorrosive Primer and Semi-Gloss Green Finish
• Open-top (No lid) Design - suitable for easy loading and unloading of waste

Submission Requirements:        

         Interested suppliers are invited to submit a sealed envelope, clearly labelled with the company name and reference “Supply of Eight-Yard Skips for DWM”. Quotations must include the following:

• Quotation to supply (30) eight-yard skips, including unit cost
• Pictures of the proposed eight-yard skips
• Product specifications for eight-yard skips
• Certificate of Good Standing from the following agencies
• Inland Revenue Department
• Social Security Board
• National Health Insurance
• Valid Trade License 2025.

Grading:

• All submissions will be graded on the following criteria:
• Delivery period – 10 points
• Equipment -20 points
• Company Experience – 20 points
• Value for Money – 50 points

Incomplete submissions will not be considered. All required documents must be present at the time of submission.  All quotations must be hand-delivered no later than 29 November 2025 by 4:00p.m to the Department of Waste Management Office located on the 2nd Floor, Union Property Building (next to Happy Lion Restaurant).
