We are combining electricity and water services into one company called VIEWCo. To give you the best service, we need to have the correct and most current information for every customer. This is called a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process. It helps us ensure your account is accurate and that we can reach you if we need to.
All current customers of the BVI Electricity Corporation should complete this form. Whether you have a home account or a business account, we need you to update your information so your records match our new system.
