You will need your:

In Person
To complete your vehicle registration and licencing in person, you will need to:
- Complete the DMV Vehicle Registration Application Form, ensuring it is signed and stamped by the agent/dealer and the owner. Persons will need to present T12 along with Custom's receipt if the vehicle was purchased oversears.
- Visit the nearest DMV office and present the form to the Licencing Officer.
- A one-off fee is required to complete the registration process.
- After registration and payment, you will register and receive your new licence plates.
- An officer will assess your vehicle’s weight to determine the licencing fee.
- An inspection officer will carry out a vehicle inspection in the designated inspection lane at the DMV to ensure it meets the required standards outlined in the Vehicle Inspection Checklist. Ensure you present your driver's licence and insurance certificate.
- Once the vehicle passes inspection and the assessment is completed, you will pay the licencing fee at the office and receive a receipt.
- The receipt serves as proof for the inspection officer to issue your licencing sticker.
