The public is invited to attend the annual wreath laying ceremony to honour the memory of the first Chief Minister, H. Lavity Stoutt.

The ceremony will be held on Monday, 3rd March at 9:00 a.m. at the Cappoons Bay Cemetery.  

Everyone is encouraged to attend.
