His Excellency, the Acting Governor Mr. David Archer Jr., chaired the meeting held on 3rd December, 2025.
All Members were present, with the exception of the Governor, and the Minister for Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change, who were on annual leave and absent, respectively.
