THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2026 GAZETTED FOR PUBLIC REVIEW

The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that the Act 6 of 2026 has been published for public review. Act 6 – The Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act, 2026, was passed by the House of Assembly on Friday, 10th July, 2026, and Assented to by the Governor on Thursday, 27th August, 2026. It was published in an ordinary issue of the Gazette No. 91 dated 3rd September, 2026 and is available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.
