Financial Investigation Agency (Returns) Order, 2025 Available for Public Review

The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that the captioned Statutory Instrument, No. 99 of 2025, has been published for public viewing. It is available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

S.I. No. 99 – Financial Investigation Agency (Returns) Order, 2025, was signed by the Director of the Financial Investigation Agency on 21st November, 2025, and published in an ordinary issue of the Gazette No. 133 dated 27th November, 2025. The document is intended to facilitate the preparation and submission of returns by Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (“DNFBP”) and Non-Profit Organisations required by the Agency.
