The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Resolutions 6, 7, 10 and 11 of 2026 have been published for public review. All four are now available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/ in an ordinary issue of the Gazette No. 88 dated 27th August, 2026. The Resolutions are as follows:

• NO. 6 -- RESOLUTION APPROVING STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NO. 13 OF 2026
• NO. 7 -- RESOLUTION APPROVING STATUTORY INSTRUMENT NO. 34 OF 2026, AND THE SAID ORDER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE COME INTO FORCE ON THE 24TH DAY OF JUNE, 2026
• NO. 10 – RESOLUTION AMENDING STANDING ORDER 72(1), AND INSERTING A NEW STANDING ORDER 77C
• NO. 11 – RESOLUTION NAMING THE FIVE HONOURABLE MEMBERS OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE AND THEIR FUNCTIONS, AND NOTING THAT THREE MEMBERS SHALL CONSTITUTE A QUORUM

Resolutions 6 and 7 were passed in the House of Assembly on the 13th August, 2026. Resolutions 10 and 11 were passed by the House on the 18th August, 2026.
