The Government of the Virgin Islands acting through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports) is inviting tenders for the construction of two reserved parking lots at the Elmore Stoutt High School in Road Town, Tortola.

The works include site preparation, subbase installation, and construction of concrete pavement to the specified dimensions and standards. Full details are provided in the Request for Tender (RFT).

As a part of this procurement process, tenderers are required to visit the site in good time to assess the existing conditions, the requirements of the works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour required to complete the project.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their tender package, inclusive of all required appendices and supporting documentation, in an envelope clearly marked, “For the construction of two reserved parking lots at the Elmore Stoutt High School.”

 Quotations must be submitted no later than Thursday, 21st August, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Quotations received after this date and time will be rejected and not be considered.

The Government of the Virgin Islands shall not be bound to accept any tender and reserves the right to annul the process and reject all tenders at any time prior to the award of the contract without incurring any liability to the affected prospective tenderer(s). All material issued in connection with this RFT remains the property of the Government of the Virgin Islands and shall be used only for the purposes of this tender.
