The Government of the Virgin Islands, acting through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver first aid supplies to public primary and secondary schools for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year.

This procurement aims to ensure that all public schools across the Territory are properly equipped to handle minor medical incidents and maintain safe learning environments.

The items requested include, but are not limited to:

• Standard first aid kits and refill components
• Physical education-specific first aid kits
• Thermometers
• Gloves (latex-free)
• Bandages, gauze pads, antiseptic wipes
• Saline solution, cold packs, CPR shields
• Additional items listed in the official RFQ document

As part of this procurement process, all interested vendors are required to visit the site in good time to assess existing conditions, understand the requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour necessary to complete the supply process (if necessary).

All quotations must be placed in a sealed envelope and submitted to the ministry no later than Wednesday , 20th August, 2025. Tenderers must ensure their quotations are delivered to the following address:

All materials issued in connection with this RFQ shall remain the property of the Government of the Virgin Islands. The Government is not bound to accept any quotation and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.
