The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sustainable Development, in collaboration with the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) will be hosting the 11th CTO Tourism Human Resources conference in the Virgin Islands 28-31 October 2025 at Maria’s By The Sea Hotel.

This year’s conference is hosted under the theme: “The Human Touchpoint: Redefining HR Excellence in Caribbean Tourism.”

The conference will bring together HR professionals, educators, trainers, consultants, students, practitioners, and tourism stakeholders from across the Caribbean.
