The public is notified that road works will commence on Saturday, August 15, along the roadway from the Diamond Pump Station to the Brewer’s Bay Junction.

Works are expected to continue for approximately 10 days and will include the installation of approximately 900 feet of slipper drains, 2400 feet of water lines, as well as works to raise the roadway.

During this period, the road will be closed to through traffic. Motorists are asked to make alternative travel arrangements and exercise caution when traversing in the surrounding areas.

The Ministry of Communications and Works apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while these essential works are being undertaken.
