Road Town Traffic to be Interrupted for Ubersoca Cruise Punk Rock Jouvert
Bulletin
Release Date: 17 November, 2025

The public, but more specifically motorists are advised that traffic in Road Town Tortola will be interrupted to facilitate the Ubersoca Cruise Punk Rock themed Jouvert. The proposed diversions are as follows:

Traffic coming from the West:

Traffic will be diverted through MacNamara, continuing to Wailing Road and Fort Charlotte, exiting on Paul Wattley Road. Traffic can also use Porter Road to Titley Road, continue on Russell Hill, and exit onto Paul Wattley Drive.

Traffic coming from the East:

Traffic will be diverted to Station Avenue, turning left onto Pickering Road if heading westward or right onto Huntums Ghut Road.

Fishlock Road

Fishlock Road will only be allowed for traffic coming from Flemming Street heading east, which would allow persons to turn on Market by-pass, continuing on the highway, and also allowing persons to turn right by the House of Assembly Building.

Traffic at the Roundabout

No traffic would be allowed to enter or exit at the roundabout.

Lloyd Drive, Positive Action Drive, Waterfront Drive & Administration Drive

Through traffic should be allowed on these roadways until 1:00 p.m. To allow the banking community to exit safely after this point, the roadways should be fully closed. (Access on Waterfront Drive will be permitted only to Taxi and Tour Operators heading back to the Pier Park).

Waterfront Drive will be reopened once the jouvert reaches DeCastro Street.

The Ministry of Communications and Works apologises for any inconvenience caused.
