The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Act No. 19 of 2025 has been published for public viewing. It is available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

Act No. 19 – The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 2025, was published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 113 dated 6th October, 2025. 

It was passed by the House of Assembly on 24th July, 2025, and assented to by the Governor on 2nd October, 2025.
