The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 26 of 2026 – The Immigration and Passport Visa Exemption Order 2026, and the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Bill 2026 have both been published for public review. Both are now available for review on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/ in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 48 dated 11th May, 2026.

The Consumer Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2026 was introduced and read a first time in the House of Assembly on the 7th May, 2026.
