The Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports is inviting qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of four (4) photocopiers to public schools across the Territory.

The procurement seeks to ensure that schools are equipped with high-quality printing and copying equipment to support the efficient reproduction of educational materials such as worksheets, study guides, and administrative documents.

The successful supplier will be required to provide new, non-refurbished photocopiers meeting specific functional and performance standards, including print, copy, scan, send, and store capabilities with full-colour functionality.

Quotations should include details on pricing, delivery timelines, and company qualifications, along with valid Trade Licenses and Certificates of Good Standing from relevant agencies. The delivery period for this engagement is expected to last between six to eight weeks, with all supplies to be delivered by December 15, 2025.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope 

clearly marked, “Supply and Delivery of Four (4) Photocopiers for Public Schools in the Territory”.
