The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the fabrication and installation of a custom aluminium horizontal rail window at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) in Road Town, Tortola.

The works are intended to support the upkeep and necessary maintenance of the school, ensuring that the installation meets durability, safety, and aesthetic standards. The contractor will be responsible for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, and equipment to fabricate and install the window to the specifications outlined in the tender documents.

As a part of this procurement process, tenderers are required to visit the site in good time to assess the existing conditions, the requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour required to complete the Works.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their complete tender package, including all required forms, appendices, and supporting literature, in an envelope clearly marked “For the fabrication and installation of a custom aluminium horizontal rail window at the Elmore Stoutt High School.”

Late submissions will not be considered.

All material issued in connection with this Request for Tender shall remain the property of the Government of the Virgin Islands and shall be used only for the purpose of this competitive tendering exercise. The Government shall not be bound to accept any tender and reserves the right to annul the process and reject all tenders at any time prior to award without incurring any liability.
