The Government of the Virgin Islands acting through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the floor polishing of seventeen (17) classrooms at the Enis Adams Primary School in Meyers, Tortola.

The works involve the removal of existing paint, preparation of the concrete surface, and polishing to achieve a durable, easy-to-maintain finish. The project aims to enhance the school’s appearance, cleanliness, and overall learning environment.

As a part of this procurement process, tenderers are required to visit the site in good time to assess the existing conditions, the requirements of the works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour required to complete the works.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of their complete tender package, including appendices and supporting documents, in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “For Floor Polishing of seventeen (17) classrooms at the Enis Adams Primary School.”

 Quotations must be submitted no later than Thursday, 21st August 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Quotations received after this date and time will be rejected and not be considered.

The VI Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, and to annul the process without incurring any liability. All material issued in connection with this Request for Tender shall remain the property of government and shall be used only for the purpose of this competitive tendering exercise.
