The Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports is inviting interested and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the installation of six (6) 36,000 BTU air conditioning units at the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School in Sea Cow’s Bay, Tortola.

This project is part of the Government’s commitment to improving the learning environment within public schools, and the works are intended to support the ongoing upkeep and necessary maintenance of the facility.

Tenders must include all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the job. This includes the mounting of units, installation of electrical and refrigerant lines, charging of units to manufacturer specs, testing, and site cleanup. The engagement is expected to last a duration of three (3) weeks.

Interested parties are required to conduct a site visit prior to submitting their tender. Each submission must include one (1) original and one (1) copy and must be clearly marked “Installation of six (6) 36,000 BTU AC Units at the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School (ETPS)”.
