The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the provision of transportation services for students living on Jost Van Dyke and attending the Elmore Stoutt High School in Road Town, Tortola.

The service will cover daily transportation for students from the West End Jetty to the Elmore Stoutt High School, providing a reliable and subsidised option for families living beyond walking distance from the school.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide duly licensed and insured vehicles, qualified drivers, and proof of good standing with relevant authorities, including the Social Security Board, National Health Insurance, and Inland Revenue. Health and safety standards, including regular vehicle cleaning and maintenance, must also be demonstrated.

The engagement will run for one year, from October 2025 to June 2026.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Supply of Transportation Services for Jost Van Dyke Students: West End Jetty to the Elmore Stoutt High School.”
