The public is notified that there will be interruptions of the traffic flow on Friday, July 25 between 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the following roadways:

1. Positive Action Drive unto Administration Drive, turning right onto Waterfront Drive.
2. Waterfront Drive turning right by the roundabout onto James Walter Francis Drive, utilising the western lanes.
3. James Walter Francis Drive, turning right onto the Festival Grounds. 

The purpose of the traffic interruption is to facilitate the procession for the Annual Torchlight Procession from the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park to the Festival Grounds. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
