VI Government Invites Tenders for the Execution of Road Rehabilitation in Virgin Gorda
The Government of the Virgin Islands invites tenders for the execution of road rehabilitation works at Lee Road, Virgin Gorda.
The project comprise demolition, excavation, drainage works, culvert construction, road pavement construction, traffic management, and associated utility coordination, as described in the Drawings, Specifications, and Bill of Quantities.
The proposed works will of provide all plant, labour, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with Demolition of existing segment of Lee Road. Construction of 2000 linear feet of road pavement including drainage along Lee Road. Construction of 1200 linear feet of road pavement along North Road including drainage.
Excavation and backfilling of 1400 linear feet of road pavement along Marina Road including drainage.
The tender to be prepared by the tenderer shall comprise the following documents, as applicable and as specified in the tender documents and the tender data sheet,
A completed form of tender, a priced bill of quantities, a list of projects undertaken by the tenderer within the past ten (10) years demonstrating experience in delivering works of a similar nature
Tender documents will be available upon request to procurement@gov.vg with the subject title “Road Rehabilitation at Lee Road” Tenderers are advised that the destination mailbox is NOT automated to send tenderers a dated and time acknowledgement of receipt and delivery of their message.
All tenders must be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Ministry of Finance (Procurement Unit), RFG Place, 2nd Floor, Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands by the bearer not later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 24th March, 2026. Tenders will not be received after the tender box is closed.
Tenders will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Ministry of Finance, RFG Place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 24th March, 2026. Tenderers are invited to witness this process via WebEx. Tenderers will be provided with the access code and password prior to the opening of the tender
The Government of the Virgin Islands does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender and will not defray any costs incurred by the Tenderer.
