Biography

With more than 15 years of experience, Nekita has spent much of her career in public service, developing impactful campaigns, strengthening government communication strategies, and fostering meaningful engagement across communities. Dedicated to continuous growth, she remains committed to sharing her expertise and advancing the fields of advertising, marketing, and public communication in the Virgin Islands.

Role Profile

The Chief Information Officer develops a reform strategy for the modernisation of the department and implement recommendations to improve processes and procedures. Additionally they edit and publish communications products in support of public policy while monitoring the public opinion on various Government projects, in addition to other responsibilities related to the daily operations of the Department of Information and Public Relations.
